Tobias Ragge – CEO

Tobias Ragge was named CEO of family-owned HRS in 2008. Over the ensuing decade, he led the transformation of the company into the world’s leading provider of outsourced corporate hotel management services. Today, HRS has more than 1,500 employees in more than 35 offices globally, serving Fortune 500 clients such as Google, Alibaba, Huawei, Toyota, Siemens and Volkswagen, with sourcing, booking, rate assurance and payment services.

Mr. Ragge’s disruptive approach to corporate hotel program management has made him a leader in the modern travel industry. Corporations and hoteliers engaged with HRS gain from the company’s commitment to transparent working relationships, supported by the world’s largest on-the-ground hotel-facing staff in the top 60 business travel city centers.

America’s Business Travel News Group honored Mr. Ragge as one of the 25 most influential executives in the business travel industry in 2014, 2016 and 2018. HSMAI Europe (Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International) named him among the “Top 20” achievers in Europe in 2018.

Lukasz Dabrowski – Senior Vice President, Asia-Pacific

Lukasz Dabrowski moved from HRS’ headquarters in Germany to Tokyo in 2019 to lead the company’s growth across the expansive Asia-Pacific region. As Senior Vice President and a member of HRS’ Board of Directors, he is instrumental in directing HRS’ global hotel relationships, and is leveraging his experience with hoteliers and corporate hotel programs to accelerate HRS’ trajectory in the APAC region’s complex corporate hotel management ecosystem.

Mr. Dabrowski, a native of Poland, is an international travel and hospitality expert with more than 20 years of experience, including long-term assignments in Germany, Poland, France, Greece and the United Kingdom, as well as project work in North America. He joined HRS in 2010 after a distinguished 13-year career with Marriott, where he oversaw sales and marketing in multiple European destinations.

During his first eight years with HRS, Mr. Dabrowski drove the company’s growth as a global hotel procurement leader, innovating on the hotel sourcing front and hiring hundreds of experts that specialize in enhancing corporate hotel programs. In 2016, the Global Business Travel Association named him to the association’s Industry Advisory Council. Mr. Dabrowski regularly speaks at hotel and travel industry events.

Jonathan Hamblett - Senior Vice President, Americas

Jonathan Hamblett has spent years working on the front lines of corporate travel innovation. He joined HRS in 2019 after serving as VP of Supplier Relationships for BridgeStreet, where he drove company efforts to grow its share of long-term corporate bookings at extended-stay properties. Prior to that, he spent three years as VP of Supplier Relations for Upside, managing commercial partnerships for the startup. Earlier in his career, Hamblett also held various roles at American Express Global Business Travel and Starwood Hotels & Resorts. 

Robert Hornman - Senior Vice President, EMEA

Robert Hornman joined HRS as Senior Vice President (SVP) for Europe, Middle East and Africa in January 2019. A former CEO with experience in an array of industry disciplines (including marketing, operations, real estate and sales), his primary mission is to educate the European hotel community about HRS’ transformation into a global corporate hospitality leader, with an increasing demand for hotel content for a growing roster of Fortune 500 clients.

Mr. Hornman started with HRS after serving as CEO of Ignition Hospitality, a Portugal-based boutique advisory firm to hotel groups, investment firms and hospitality technology companies in Africa and Europe. He was CEO of WorldHotels from 2009 to 2014, a position he assumed after starting with WorldHotels in 2008. He led the upscale and luxury brand to unprecedented growth, building the company’s network to 500+ properties in 65 countries, and new heights for corporate bookings. Before WorldHotels, Mr. Hornman held multiple executive roles with Accor Hotels in Asia and Europe.  

Based in Germany, Mr. Hornman is fluent in four languages. He earned a degree in Hospitality Administration Management from Heerlen College in the Netherlands. Mr. Hornman was a member of École Hôtelière de Lausanne’s International Advisory Board from 2013 to 2015, and remains close to the globally-renown hospitality management university. 

Veit Fuhrmeister – Senior Vice President, DACH (Austria, Germany & Switzerland)

A recognized European hotel distribution and marketing leader, Veit Fuhrmeister joined HRS in in February 2019 as Senior Vice President of Hotel Solutions for the DACH region. His expertise on the digitization of modern hospitality is vital as he leads a team responsible for delivering quality hotel options to HRS’ growing roster of regional and global corporate clients.

Mr. Fuhrmeister started with HRS after eight years at Expedia, where he served as Senior Regional Director overseeing the world’s leading online travel agency’s growth in countries including Austria, France, Germany, Russia and Switzerland. In a prior role at Pierre et Vacances & Center Parcs Group, a prominent European hospitality organization of eight brands, his leadership in e-commerce sales and marketing drove annual turnover exceeding €300 million. Mr. Fuhrmeister also was COO at Exclusive Hotels in the early 2000s, where he drove corporate and leisure sales for the 250+ European boutique hotel group.

Mr. Fuhrmeister earned his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Hotel & Tourism from the University of Saarbrücken in Germany. In 2012 he completed his Executive MBA via INSEAD in France, earning his certificate in Global Business Management.
